i stayed in a villa close to the coconut pool it remained quiet i liked this small advantage. the proximity to the beach access points added convenience. i appreciated that i could easily walk to nearby shops for necessities.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness i observed pom the f&b manager regularly checking with guests about their satisfaction with the services they received. pradeep were very good too accommodate vegetarian requests , made dining easier.

I totally loved how the staff helped with coffee during breakfast! fon at the dining area deserves a special mention (she was an angel!). the hotel is huge. Buggies are there to zip you around, such a plus. plus, the location is amazing, near a clean beach!
i think placing a permanent guard at the gate accessing privately hired vehicles is needed.

the buggy service to the beach was helpful since walking was difficult. the staff across the resort were attentive. i liked the mint bar pizzas, they were a tasty treat. the hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

the coconut pool has a depth of three meters and lifeguards provided amazing service. proximity to the beach is convenient with available shuttle service. there are also many external dining options near the resort.
